Mobil 1 Lube Express - Plano

At first I thought this place was pretty good and came here based off of the reviews, but after having work done here it’s actually just decent. The guy at the front desk is a cool guy and the prices are competitive, but the work was done sloppily causing me to have to bring my car back multiple times to have things corrected that should have been done correctly the first time. When my car came in it made no noise. After leaving it was making all kinds of new noises. When I asked them what was wrong they recommended some work which partially was right, but other things they recommended when I went to another shop wasn’t even mentioned. I’ve had to now take my car to another mechanic that’s been more reliable.

Stopped by Mobil 1 Lube Express in Plano and honestly had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole visit feel pretty smooth. No weird vibes or pressure, just straight to the point and respectful. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored, which I’ve definitely experienced at other places before. Overall, it just felt like a solid, reliable spot. I’d go back again for sure

Mobile One Express Oil Change & Brakes provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was honest, straightforward, and transparent about everything my vehicle needed. Their pricing was fair, with no surprises, and the work was completed quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s rare to find a shop that combines honesty, speed, and great service the way they do. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable maintenance or brake work. Great job guys

"I had an amazing experience at First Pro Auto. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Sam the Big Boss made sure I knew what was done and was very transparent and fair. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my truck problem at a reasonable price. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they even offered me coffee while I waited. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing reliable auto services!

Good mechanic job recommended to come back in his very nice guy and very cheap. I’ll give him my car because I’ve been with another mechanic two days to fix this people fix it for one day and he charge me very cheap. Thank you so much.
